The Fitrah–Burhan Model

This is not just another pornography-abstinence program.

Believe me, it is unique in its approach: a blend of Islamic understanding of the human being & insights from modern psychology. But rather than explaining everything here, let us give you a glimpse of what it is. Read on.

The story of Prophet Yusuf عَلَيْهِ السَّلام teaches us something profound about Burhan and the strength it can give us when faced with temptation.

But What Is Burhan?

In the Qur’anic account, when Prophet Yusuf عَلَيْهِ السَّلام was confronted with intense temptation, Allah says that He showed him His Burhan — a clear proof, insight, or decisive understanding that enabled him to recognise the truth and turn away from what was wrong.

In our model, Burhan refers to that clarity of truth that cuts through confusion — an insight that allows the intellect and soul to recognise what is right and act upon it, even in the face of strong temptation.

When a person unclogs their Fitrah (innate predisposition) and encounters a Burhan, their intellect and soul can come into alignment, creating greater clarity and inner conviction.

Our humble attempt is to help you unclog the Fitrah, drawing inspiration from the Burhan of Yusuf عَلَيْهِ السَّلام, while developing the clarity, awareness, and inner conviction needed to step away from patterns that keep you from becoming the person you truly want to be.

It is not merely about resisting temptation.

It is about reaching a place where you can see clearly — where your intellect and soul are no longer pulling in opposite directions, and where making the right choice becomes clearer and more natural.

This is not simply a program of information. It is a journey of transformation.

A journey of discovering who you really are, reconnecting with your Fitrah, and recognising the potential Allah has blessed you with.

And while leaving behind a sinful pattern is an important part of this journey, InshaAllah, you will gain much more than simply quitting a sin.

Bi’ithnillah, you will no longer be the person you used to be.
